On February 21, 2024 our technology partner, Change Health Care system reported a Cyber Security event and has stopped all connectivity while they investigate. This system is responsible for providing eligibility data for over 500 payers.


Change Healthcare's experts are working to address the matter. Once they became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting their partners and patients, they took immediate action to disconnect their systems to prevent further impact. The disruption is expected to last at least through the day. They will provide updates as more information becomes available.

When verifying your Eligibility and Benefits via our VeriFAST website, the most common reason for receiving an error message is that you incorrectly entered some information about the insured member. Please check the details from your insurance card and make sure that the name is spelled correctly, the date of birth is correct and the insurance ID contains all of the characters from your card. For Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, be sure to include the three letters at the beginning of the ID number.
