To change your insurance company or Member ID, tap the Insurance tab at the bottom of our app, then tap the "Edit" option in the "Insurance Information" section of the screen. From there, you will be prompted to enter your new Insurance Member ID and upload images of your new insurance card:
To change the primary insured on your policy, tap the Insurance tab at the bottom of our app, then tap the "Edit" option in the "Policy Members" section of the screen.
On the next screen, select the policy member that is supposed to be the primary insured. If the primary insured on your policy is not listed, select the "Add Policy Member" option and add the information for the additional member, then follow the steps below.
On the Edit Policy Member screen, open the "Member Type" dropdown box, then select the "Primary" option. Save your changes.
